1. The Keeper of the Secret
Flying, crying, they come to you from where I do not know. Silver, gold wings, spreading all around. Softly, gently, they fold themselves around you and carry you away from all pain and tears. Where they live it shines all the time, glowing and glistening, shimmering like stars; through the heavens to that place where angels live, I want to live there too.
But they bring me back still tucked under their wings, where I feel so safe and make me stay here again. I would rather be with them, I would rather have wings like them flying through the daylight sky and in the evening sky glow and sing and dance. But I am not an angel and I live here on Mother Earth learning to walk gently and softly and take care of her and when I have learned all that I need to I hope the angels come back and teach me all that they know. They are so beautiful it breaks my heart not to be with them. So I will forget my angel visions for now — remembering that my feet are on the Earth and my eyes look to the sky to see if my angel friends are coming back for me yet. One day they will and I will touch them again.

2. The Warrior Woman
When I have gone to battle, remember me. Remember me as you made me, strong, invincible, fully armoured. No cracks to see through to me. It weighs a lot this armour. It binds me and keeps me rigid, doing the right thing, going the right way. No time to feel — nothing to feel through this tin can. Now is the time for release, to put to flight my armour, to let the less than parts shine; soft, gentle, vunerable (vulnerable). Let those tender new parts grow and become stronger. Let me follow where they lead. Please let me lay down my armour. I can take it back if I need it but for now let me be exposed, naked, young in spirit, willing to walk and laugh and cry and dance and sing. It is time to trust my self, trust that in that soft, quiet light and space inside lie all the answers to my questions. All I need to do is listen and trust.

3. Angel Wings
You want to touch the angel wings, you know you do and you know it is not the time. Now is not the time to fly. Now is the time to grow. Patience is required now, flying comes later. The wings are soft, so is the earth. All that they see is right here waiting to be discovered. Yearning for that gentle brush of wings to enfold you remember it is all inside. Touch that place and you will be there. The way is not as you thought but how you feel. Take courage and listen, you can hear the angel wings and you can feel them. All around you.
4. Crowning the Lion
So crown him this great, gentle beast that guards. Crown him with the soft, wise eyes, with long full fur. Crown him as he is King, King of the Beasts. He has learned to rule his kingdom well; powerful and strong, caring for the needy, watching over all. He will not tolerate those who try to overthrow him. His rage is merciless. The earth trembles beneath his roar, the angels look askance and wait for the calm; but for those who know him also see the humble and meek look in his eyes, the gentleness and caring to his family, and know that they are loved. His rage is terrible but his mercy unbounded. He will guard you as if he was your mother and you will be safe for ever.

5. Friends ,1991
I am happy with my friends, — my friends that go between the worlds, worlds that I know, think and imagine then lead me to places I don’t know of and never dreamed of. As we explore new places they keep me safe and whisper in my ear their secrets. They walk and play and teach me to fly — to leave that which I know and reach out for new places. I love my friends and I follow them. They will lead me to new places.
6. The Killer
Watch out! I am here all the time, just where you can’t see me, but you know I’m here — you can feel me — tearing apart, ripping, destroying. Back off! I’m in charge — get out of my way — Watch out — I can hurt you. Fear that’s what it is. Fear, a four letter word. Look at it, feel it, move through it. Come out the other side and do it again and again. Bring me to the light — shine on me and watch the transformation.
6. The Killer 1991
7. “The Abandoned Woman”
Please let me out. Please, there is nothing to fear. I won’t hurt you — let me breathe. I’m boxed in. Starving, strangulating, suffocating. Please give me air — some room to move in — space — I’m here — I’m fragile — I’m frightned (frightened). I just want to be me — no shoulds, no have-tos, no being good. Please let me out. I want to dance and sing, walk on the earth and look at the sky. BE. BE ME. Throw away the rules — the game plan — the life plan and just BE. Flow through, not stopping and getting fixed in one spot — just gently moving, gently being.
7. “The Abandoned Woman” 1991
8. “The Judge”
Don’t shout. I can’t hear, don’t you see I’m Blind. Please — please let me touch. You stand there pontificating. Be Quiet. Watch the Watcher. It’s just the judge. Who cares? Why Listen — But I do care — I just can’t hear or see. Let me be, just let me be. Leave me alone to live my way. Thats (that’s) all — just my way. Not good, not bad — just the way I need for my life — Please leave me — Watch touch taste, hear, smell, think. Feel ME.
8. “The Judge 1991
9. “Queen of the World”
I used to look up at you — You were so far away — nothing to do with me — up there on your pedestal surrounded by light — Queen of the World. Are you real — do you exist — is it possible to be contained and wise and balanced — where is your dark side. — has your shadow come to light — Strange how much closer you seem now — Softer too — Clouds still surround me — opening to rays of light.
9. Queen of the World,1991
Listen to me, not to the judge, I will help you. I will be here and there teaching you to trust yourself. Trust what you feel. Here there are no absolutes — just what is — a different kind of reality. The reality of the worlds of sacred spaces. Here you listen to an inner truth coming from a new place. Listen carefully. You can hear it. Trust — you can feel it. I am with you — in you — around you. You are whole and part of the whole. Trust me. Trust yourself. Trust your new world.
10. “Listening” 1991
11. “The Sage”
Bathed in rose light, holding the world in your hands, gazing compassionately out — what secrets do you hold? Love is the answer. Love is the way. Come with me — be not afraid. Come into this moment. Open your heart, listen to its whisperings — we are all one Earth, Sky, Sea, Man, Woman, Child. Come with me. Be not afraid. Come into this moment.
11. “The Sage” 1991
12. “Venus III”
I look up to you the personification of the female — Venus — where are your arms? How do you reach out to hold, to touch, to give comfort? Why are you way up there on that pedestal — where are your feet to walk on the ground, to run, to dance with? Why are you looking down on me. I’m real. I live. I breathe. I die. You all exist forever, cased in stone, losing a bit more of your selves every year. You are ideal — I am real. You are Stone. I am Flesh. Why do I think of you as perfection and me as less than — Is only something someone else made right and me — What I make not good enough — Good by (Goodbye) judge — I’m real — I am, what I feel is my Truth, my way, my Path; — I’m small but I will grow and learn and someday know.
12. “Venus III” 1991
13. “Butterfly Time”
So sad, so very sad. — Alone — closed in — closed down, shoulder up, body tight — Trying to (too) hard. Time to play. Butterfly time. Flit about. Come out of your cocoon. Fly — go from color to color, moment to moment, — move — dance — sing — Fly to the light and leave yourself behind — wave goodbye — Make yourself new moment by moment. Die each moment. Be born new each moment. Don’t hang on — let go and let go and let go some more. Step outside that box — that certain reality and Fly — Fly away to a new reality — a new perception — a new way of being. I am with you. Don’t be afraid it’s just another way of being. Trust yourself — you are blessed. Follow your feeling and let your self go.
13. “Butterfly Time” 1991
14. “The Lovers”
Lovers go together and follow the sage — neither leading — hands joined on the journey of the heart — the journey to wholeness — male and female together, each bringing their unique gifts to share and mingle — exchange and take on new and exchange — flowing from one another through one another — a special kind of dance. The steps change — a new direction — and change again. Each becoming more — each becoming what they need to be to be fully themselves. Sometimes the steps falter — sometimes they stop — a certainty will start them again. A certainty lovers share that they are a metaphor for the whole and the way to the whole, the Beloved.
14. “The Lovers” 1991
15. “The Demon Lover”
Watch out — Stand Back — Look out I’m here — Defiant, standing on all legs — arms outstreached (outstretched) — I can do it — By myself — who needs you — you’re never around when I need you anyways (anyway) — Fuck off — out of my space — I will do it — I will — Forget this surrender crap — Forget the whole — I’m it — I’m whole — I will find the light. I will. O.K. maybe I won’t but who cares, what use is it anyways (anyway)? All this talk of love and light — what crap — what I feel is anger — this is all a joke — a bad joke — life is hard — I’m getting nowhere and I would love a cigarette. Always want the dark — destruction — chaos — the other — light — seems unnatural — not easy — not flowing — stuck — going down — where is the end — where is the bottom? Where will my ego fall off and the essential take flight — or is it really always a marriage of light and dark. An acceptance of both — duality — no craving or aversion — just being. Light and Dark together, for how do you know one without the other? Just accept being.
15. “The Demon Lover” 1991
16. “The Man with a Cigarette”
Welcome ladies and gentlemen. Come right in. Let me tell you all about power and how it works in the world. First of all you must be male, white and middle aged — good schools help — money especially — then we make the decisions — one morality for our women and children another for us — no restraints — anything goes, bottom line must be in the black — All that matters is more — Pollution, disarmament — wheres (where’s) the money in that? More oil, more electric hydro projects — nucular (nuclear) power — I need more trees — more land — more cattle — more meat. Faster — no time — who cares — we make the quiet decisions that affect all; social programs — how will they make money — no planet left — no problem, there is always space. Whisper — keep it quiet — the pain gets worse — how to stop the pain — more work — more money — sex — drugs — more pain — cover it over — maybe I will die before I have to deal with it. Can’t stop now — must keep going. Must keep going. More. More. More.
16. “The Man with a Cigarette”, 1991
17. “The Magician”
He calls you but you are afraid. Is it the true goal or the world of illusion, clever trickery and sorcery. How to know — Feel — is it just ego or away from duality to unity. What visions has he seen. What temptation — Illusion for Reality — the World of Wonders for the world. You know there is more in this world than meets the eye — more worlds to discover, but do you trust the Magician to help you to the light? Is he just immersed in his own power or will he use it for the whole — to become whole — the tunnel is long — glowing light above, radiant light at the end. Who do you trust? Trust that self that shines — that will take you to the light. No one can take you there — each path is different — only the final place is the same for all and that you must bring back to your world. Use the Magicians (Magician’s) wisdom not his power — use his knowledge not his magic. Walk your path to the light.
17. “The Magician”, 1991
18. “The Fool”
Holding the world, I have time to ponder all my problems (like who am I, what am I doing here) — it’s amazingly light — Full of Light — of millions — zillions of pieces of light — with space between them. What a sight — glowing, glittering — strangely moving through space, of space. Real but not Real — here but not here — All around change — moment by moment — light by light. What else is there — This is all — Why else would I be considered a fool — the answer is too simple. Moment by moment, light by light, space by space, this is all. We are all.
18. “The Fool”, 1991
19. “Floating in Space”
Floating in space out of reach of it all — no rage — no pain — no anger here. Here the light is soft — one gently floats above it all — no connection to the earth — no dark. Light casts no shadows here. The World of Illusion or the World of Reality — you decide — no confrontations with human beings — no confrontation with ego. Floating light through space. Whats (what’s) real? I can take you there but can you — do you know the way? Come with me — leave all that behind — no need for all that work — Follow me — look at all the light around me — NO — what do you mean — Fine — do it your way — I’ll make sure its (it’s) hard — just watch and see. Go your way — Find your way to the light — Your way is full of shadows — but you can do it with an open heart and trust, patience and acceptance — surrender of you to a new you.
19. “Floating in Space”, 1991
20. “The Rose Queen”
Standing quietly by the gates I know so well, I pick roses for my hair and more roses for a bouquet as an offering and as a thanksgiving. Pale white roses tinged with pink, shining green leaves and thorns as a reminder to touch such beauty with care and love. Through the gates lies a new way of being — soft but not weak, tender but strong, loving but not to please, wise in a new kind of way, wisdom from experience — from my experience in and of the world of body, mind and spirit. My soul becomes whole and I accept the challenge of being fully myself. And in accepting the challenge know that the rest of the lesson is to lose my self in the whole. To become one. I will use the key to enter the gates and Become.
20. “The Rose Queen”, 1991
21. “The Divine Child”
I am Each one of you — inside — hiding sometimes from those who do not honor me. I am the Divine Child who holds the fate of the world in my arms — I am the essential you — the true you — not what you want to be — what you are — Sacred, Holy, Worthy — the part of you untouched by the drama of life. I am your essence — the bridge between heaven and earth. Strip away your false selves — your false images and reveal me; Pure, Untouched, Undefiled. From this center a new way is possible, uncompromised — A True You. The same essence is shared by all — for all to find. Look for me in your heart.
21. “The Divine Child”, 1991
